When choosing how many meals you would like: 3 meals = breakfast, lunch and dinner. 4 meals includes 3 meals + 1 snack, 5 meals includes 3 meals and 2 snacks.

When signing up, you will be asked to enter your activity level. A LOT of people overestimate their daily activity level which will heavily affect your daily calorie intake. Please do NOT base your activity level on how many times a week you workout. Your activity level is based on what you do OUTSIDE of the gym. Read these guidelines below before choosing an accurate activity level. If you are in between two options, go with the lower end and this can be adjusted if necessary.

Sedentary: Your only activity outside of the gym is being at home or at the office/low activity job or a student. If your goal is to lose fat + tone - this would be your ideal option to start with.

Lightly Active: You are on your feet a lot throughout the day - consistently throughout the week.

Moderately Active: You work a labor-intensive job or play intense sports.

Very Active: You are an athlete or work a labour intensive job + do intense cardio and lifting on the side.
